Trust & Safety
Last updated: May 2026
We screen every opportunity before listing it and continuously re-evaluate as platforms evolve. This page explains what we check, how we score, and what to do if you see something that looks wrong.
What we check before listing
- Identity: the platform's official website, company registration where available, and domain age.
- Pay model: is the platform's payout mechanism transparent? Are there minimum thresholds, fees, or delays?
- Public reputation: Trustpilot, Glassdoor, BBB, app-store ratings, and recent press coverage.
- Withdrawal terms: can users actually cash out, and under what conditions?
- Data & permissions: does the platform ask for excessive access (full banking, contacts, etc.)?
- Regional availability: we tag listings to the countries where the platform actually operates.
Trust Score (0–100)
Each opportunity gets a Trust Score, derived from a weighted combination of signals above plus continuous monitoring of changes (domain expiry, mass complaint spikes, regulatory action). Listings under our threshold are not published.
The score is not influenced by affiliate commission or sponsored payment. See Editorial Policy.
Red flags we don't tolerate
- Upfront fees, "starter kits", or mandatory training purchases
- Pay-to-play schemes (you pay to unlock earnings)
- Multi-level / pyramid recruitment structures
- Unverified business identity or recently registered domains
- Locked earnings, excessive withdrawal restrictions, or delayed payments
- Demanding excessive personal data, banking access, or admin permissions
- Mass user complaints across Trustpilot, Reddit, BBB, or app stores
- No clear way to contact the platform or escalate disputes
When listings change
Platforms evolve. When we detect a material change (e.g., a platform starts charging an upfront fee, payment delays spike, or it exits a market), we update the Trust Score, attach a warning banner, or remove the listing entirely. We refund sponsored placements that we have to remove.
Reporting a listing
If something looks off, please flag it:
- Use the "Report" button at the bottom of the listing page (signed-in users).
- Or email safety@hustle-hubai.com with the listing URL and what went wrong.
- Include screenshots, dates, and amounts if relevant.
We investigate every report within 5 business days. If your report leads to a removal, we'll let you know.
Your own safety checklist
- Never pay upfront to access work. Legitimate platforms pay you, not the other way around.
- Use a strong, unique password per platform — and a password manager.
- Don't share banking credentials, only payment details where they're explicitly required for payouts.
- Read the platform's terms before connecting bank/PayPal accounts.
- If a deal sounds too good to be true (e.g., "£500/day, no experience"), it usually is.
