1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HustleHub AI (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HustleHub AI.
2. What HustleHub AI is
HustleHub AI is an editorial comparison and directory platform for side hustles, gig-economy work, freelance platforms, and similar income opportunities. We aggregate, review, and rank third-party platforms. We are not an employer, gig platform, or financial advisor. We do not pay you for completing opportunities, and we do not handle wages between you and a third-party platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (18 in some regions) to create an account. You're responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility requirements of any third-party platform you sign up to via our links.
4. Account & security
- You are responsible for keeping your password and access credentials safe.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that appear to be duplicates or operated by bots.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish our editorial content or database without written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or spammy listings.
- Use the Service to promote scams, MLMs, pyramid schemes, or anything illegal.
- Attempt to bypass our rate limits, security controls, or paid placement rules.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
6. Third-party opportunities
Every opportunity listed is operated by a third party. We don't control payment terms, availability, eligibility, or how those platforms treat you. Earnings figures shown are estimates based on publicly available data and may vary significantly by country, demand, experience, and time invested. 7. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you sign up or transact through them, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect editorial rankings. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Sponsored placements
Listing owners may pay for sponsored placement. Sponsored slots are clearly labeled "Sponsored" and capped per page. Sponsorship does not unlock the Verified badge, Trust Score, or skip safety review. See our Sponsored Placement Policy.
9. User-submitted content
By submitting an opportunity, report, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, and display it on the Service. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
10. Intellectual property
The HustleHub AI name, logo, editorial content, scoring methodology, and aggregated database are owned by us and protected by copyright and database rights. Logos and trademarks of third-party platforms belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any opportunity listing. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustleHub AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party platform discovered through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence under UK law).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HustleHub AI against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical. You can delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing hello@hustle-hubai.com.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
